Description: monobloc tanks with detachable cover, perfectly watertight, designed to be completely buried, with a maximum soil overload of 50 cm (including any road surface) and a drive-over cover designed for a heavy vehicle overload calculated as accidental distributed load equal to 2000 daN/mq. Complete with No. 1 inspection opening. Any standard holes to be defined.

On request:

flanges and INOX AISI 304 sleeves sealed for perfect watertightness;
PVC joints with gasket sealed for perfect watertightness.

Production includes the manufacture of large tanks for the storage of high quantities of liquids, when it is not possible to install several adjacent units. The tanks feature ribs and reinforcement beams to ensure drive-over capability.

Material specifications

Precast reinforced concrete products

The following materials are normally used for the production of the products:

CONCRETE

PORTLAND cement type 52.5R strength class C 50/60

minimum cement content 400 kg/mc

sulfate resistant according to UNI 9156

vibration in metal molds with total elimination of porosity and gravel nests

additive: superplasticizer S5

environmental exposure classes XC2 (compliant with UNI 206-1 standard)

minimum rebar cover 20 mm

REINFORCEMENT

B450C steel type tested at the plant

use of improved adhesion bars and welded mesh

provision for double reinforcement assembly
